Mobile Terms & Conditions
These Mobile Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Capitol Ballroom Council, Inc. ("Capitol Ballroom," "we," "us," or "our") mobile services (the "Services"), which include text messaging programs ("Text Messages"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You may opt-in to receive Text Messages from Capitol Ballroom by providing your mobile phone number through our website or at designated signup locations.

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Capitol Ballroom disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Capitol Ballroom shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Capitol Ballroom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
