Who We Are & What We Do

Mission

The purpose of the council is to organize and mobilize LGBTQIA+ individuals and houses of the House and Ballroom Community by sharing ideas, providing resources and promoting unity within Washington DC and connecting areas within close proximity such as Baltimore, Prince Georges County, Montgomery County and Northern Virginia.

Vision

We envision a structured Ballroom community thriving through consistent stewardship of charity, humanity, promoting leadership development, focusing on growth, innovation, productivity, creativity and camaraderie.
